Carran’s Creative Lab is a space indoors or outdoors for individual and group exploration..  I offer the experience I have gained from my own practice over many years. I can adapt this approach for students in Higher Education, for professionals seeking refreshment, and for community groups. It is appropriate for all levels from beginners to people preparing for their PhD. presentations.

Currently I am working outdoors developing Follow the Stone, a walking practice.
