Quick Summary:
At Carran Waterfield Shop, we want your books to arrive in perfect condition. If your book is damaged or faulty, please contact us  within 14 days of delivery. We will inform Bookvault to replace the item. Please note that we cannot accept returns for any other reason.

Full Policy

We want every book you order from Carran Waterfield Shop to arrive in perfect condition.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your book is damaged or faulty:

  • Contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will ask for a digital photo of the fault.
  • We will notify Bookvault, our supplier, to replace the item.
  • A replacement book will be sent to you as quickly as possible.

Other Returns

Please note, we cannot accept returns for any reason other than damage or faults.
