We want every order from Carran Waterfield Shop to arrive in perfect condition.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty:
- Please contact us within 14 days of delivery
- Include a clear photo of the issue
- We will review the issue and arrange a replacement through Bookvault
- A replacement will be sent as quickly as possible
Returns Policy (General)
We do not offer returns for change of mind or non-fault-related reasons.
Returns are only accepted for items that are damaged or faulty.
Return Costs
- If an item is faulty or damaged: return costs are not required
- For all other cases (if approved at our discretion): customers are responsible for return postage costs
